I’m a Registered Psychologist who works with adults and teens (15+) navigating trauma, attachment injuries, anxiety, depression, and the effects of chronic stress. I have a special interest in supporting healthcare professionals and public safety personnel, as well as individuals who have experienced harm within religious contexts.
If you work on the frontlines, you may be used to operating in high-pressure environments where there’s little room to slow down—managing risk, caring for others, and continuing to show up even when you’re depleted. Over time, this can lead to burnout, compassion fatigue, moral injury, and a sense of disconnection from yourself or others.
Many of the people I work with are deeply competent and used to being “the strong one,” but privately feel overwhelmed, numb, or stuck. You might find it hard to switch off after work, notice changes in your relationships, or feel like you’re no longer responding the way you used to.
My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I draw from EMDREMDR 2.0, parts work, somatic therapies, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and relational approaches to support both insight and practical change. Together, we work to understand how your experiences—both past and present—are shaping your nervous system, your relationships, and your sense of self.
I place a strong emphasis on therapeutic fit and creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and grounded. Therapy can be one of the few places where you don’t have to hold it all together. You’re allowed to show up as you are.
