I’m a Registered Psychologist with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Lethbridge and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I work primarily with individual adults and adolescents (15+) and feel deeply honoured to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, seek healing, and reconnect with their sense of self.

All of my experience has led me to believe that we are all capable of healing—but in order to move in that direction, we need a space that feels warm, supportive, and safe enough to explore the impact of both past and present experiences in our minds and bodies.

My primary treatment areas include trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation (including anger), compassion fatigue, and stress. I also have a special interest in working with medical professionals, public safety personnel, and individuals who have experienced harm in religious or high-control environments.

My approach is best summed up as strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I integrate a variety of evidence-based theoretical approaches into my work including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Inferential CBT (iCBT), parts work, somatic therapies, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), systems theories, and client-centered relational approaches. That’s the fancy way of saying: I tailor my approach to each person and what works for them.

I currently offer appointments four days per week, primarily during daytime hours, with some limited evening availability.
